She is the only character in the starting roster built from the ground up for pure damage output and surgical target elimination. Talia does not control crowds, she does not hack systems, and she does not provide support — she identifies the most dangerous enemy in a room and removes them from existence.

Blade Gauntlets

Talia's primary weapons are retractable blade gauntlets that extend from her forearms. These are the highest-damage melee weapons in the game, trading attack speed for devastating impact:

• Blade Slash — A wide-arcing slash that hits multiple enemies. Each slash deals more damage than Batman's punches but has a slower recovery animation.
• Double Lunge — Press both attack buttons simultaneously to lunge forward with both blades extended. This attack covers ground quickly and pierces through enemy guards.

Playing Talia requires a different mindset than other characters. You are not a brawler or a controller — you are an assassin. Your priorities in every encounter should be:

1. Identify the biggest threat — Use Throwing Knife precision mode to scan enemies and identify the highest-damage or most dangerous target.
2. Activate Assassin's Focus — Mark the priority target and any supporting enemies nearby. Execute the chain to eliminate them instantly.
3. Clean up — With the priority targets removed, use blade gauntlets and throwing knives to finish remaining enemies. Your damage buff is still active, so press the advantage.
4. Disengage and reset — Talia is fragile. If you take significant damage, disengage with a smoke exit (use the environment for cover), wait for Assassin's Focus cooldown, and re-engage with another marked attack.

Tips and Strategies

• Always lead with Assassin's Focus — Do not save it. The cooldown is short enough that you should use it in every major encounter.
• Master the riposte timing — Talia's riposte is her most damaging single move. Practice counter timing in training mode until it is muscle memory.
